Welcome to [DECOR PRINT]. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of digital artwork and downloadable products from our online store. By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. DIGITAL DELIVERY
  • No Physical Shipping: All products available on this website are digital downloads. No physical items, frames, or printed materials will be shipped to your address.
  • Delivery Process: Upon successful payment, you will receive an automated email containing a download link or access to your digital files. If you do not receive the email within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at [decorprnt@gmail.com].

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE LICENSE

All digital artwork is the sole intellectual property of [DECOR PRINT].

  • Personal Use Only: Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may print the artwork for your home decoration or give the physical print as a gift.
  • Commercial Restrictions: You may not resell the digital files, share the files with third parties, upload them to “print-on-demand” sites, or use the designs for any commercial purposes without a separate commercial license.

  1. NO RETURNS AND REFUNDS (DIGITAL ITEMS)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Immediate Access: Once the digital file has been sent or downloaded, the transaction is considered complete.
  • EU Customers: By purchasing, you expressively agree to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content once the download has started.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience any issues with file corruption or difficulty downloading, please contact us immediately, and we will ensure you receive a functional copy.

  1. PRINTING DISCLAIMER
  • Color Variations: Please note that colors may vary slightly due to different monitor settings, printer types, and paper quality. We are not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-quality printing services or hardware.
  • Sizing: Files are provided in the dimensions specified in the product description. Resizing beyond the recommended dimensions may result in loss of image quality (pixelation).
  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

[DECOR PRINT] shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the digital files, including but not limited to software compatibility issues or printing costs.
